There’s nothing better than a tasty and refreshing drink when it’s hot outside, right? I prefer my drinks bitter with a little bit of sweetness. That’s why my current obsession is the Lynchburg Lemonade which I discovered in the Jack Daniel’s tent at the Greenfield Festival. It’s the perfect summer drink as it’s light, delicious and contains a lot of citrus fruits.
Of course i had to ask for the recipe. And today I want to share it with you. I actually tweaked it a little bit but it’s pretty much the same as I had it at the festival. They used the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey liquor which unfortunately wasn’t available when I went shopping for this post but the normal Jack Daniel’s works too. You have to try it! It’s super easy to make and you don’t need a lot of overly complicated ingredients. You also don’t need a shaker (I mean if you have one I’d use it, but it’s not necessary). Let me know how you like it in case you recreate the drink.
WHAT YOU NEED:
4cl Jack Daniel’s Honey or Jack Daniel’s
2cl triple sec (f.e. Cointreau)
